A recent study found that our happiness increases significantly on Fridays. We get excited about the coming weekend and, quite simply, decide to be happier. We make up our minds on Fridays to enjoy that day more.
That means you can be happier than you are right now. My purpose in writing Every Day a Friday is to help you arrange your mind so that you choose happiness each and every day. Whatever challenges you may face, whatever circumstances are weighing you down, you can choose your response.
I encourage you to read this book and take it to heart, and to discover that sometimes the smallest choices can make huge differences.
Allow me to show you how.
